Q. What materials are best for strassing?

We are able to strass most types of materials with proper preparation, however lamb leather, suede, canvas, metal are more suitable.

Q. Is it possible to change the color of my shoes or handbag?

Yes, it is. We can change the color of the handbag or shoes to match the crystal.  

Q. Do you provide the shoe or do I?

We do not provide the shoe or handbags. Customers provide their own shoes and handbags by shipping them to us. You can have them shipped directly from the manufacturer to us as long as we agree on this in the beginning.

Q. Does the handbag or shoes have to be new?

No, we strass pre-owned items too. 

Q. How long does it take?

The strassing process is very time consuming since each individual crystal is applied by hand and there are usually well over a thousand crystals on a pair of shoes.Our production time depends on the design, current volume of orders, whether we have the crystals in stock, etc. But you can plan on 2-8 weeks. If you have a rush situation, or a larger quantity order, please contact us and we can give you a better idea on the time. There will be an additional charge for rush orders.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Once we agree on the price and design, we will require a 50% deposit in order to start work. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Q. Is shipping included in your pricing?

No, shipping is not included in our pricing. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Since shipping rates vary, we can give you a quote at the time you place your order.

Q. Do you accept cancellations or returns?

No, sorry, there are no returns, cancellations or exchanges, as this process is 100% custom work. All sales are final and refunds are not issued.

Q. Will you strass replicas or knock-offs of other brands?

No.

Q. Will you post photos of my shoes on your instagram?

Most of the time I will post photos of a client's items. However, I will not post prices or names. If you do not want your item to be shown on instagram, please let us know.

Q. Do you do repairs?

Yes. If you are the original owner of an item that I strassed, I will do a repair for free for the first year you own the item. Customer pays for shipping both ways. If you are not the original owner, or it is an item I did not strass, send me a photo and I will give you a quote on a repair.

Q. Do you strass other items besides shoes and handbags?

Yes. Just send us a photo of the item that needs a little sparkle, and we can take it from there.
